Cheese “Redzhanito”
The cheese has a deep and sufficiently bright taste with a spicy aftertaste and delicate aroma. A distinctive feature – the cheese has a fragile structure, it crumbles while cutting. Cheese “Redzhanito” is a separate dish, and blends perfectly with red wine and pasta, hot vegetable and meat dishes; it is added in salads and some types of pizzas and sauces.
